A typical day does not exist.
2. Do you eat your own product?
Hell yes I do, and I like to dip the cherry pop in greek yogurt.
3. Which social media company does your instagram?
Ruby, me, io.
4. What’s your vision for The Better Pop?
We’re starting with popsicles, but the larger vision is changing what you eat and how you eat it, for the better.
5. What’s your favorite flavor?
They are all my children, I love them all equally. Chili pineapple tamarind.
6. What inspired the idea?
My mom and her need for probiotics! Check out the story here.
7. Have you thought about getting a real job?
Define “real job”. And no.
8. Where can I find The Better Pop?
Wichcraft, Governor’s Island, Smorgasburg Prospect Park (you heard it here first), and multiple venues coming up. We’re also launching somewhere BIG soon. News will be posted in the newsletter first, so watch out!
9. Why?
Because I love the smile that creeps on people’s faces when they try something that I’ve created. Because I want to share my passion for health, food and design. Because I can.
